Questions about a recipe, corrections, or anything that did not work as written — email hello@whisksweetly.com. There is no form here on purpose: a mail client keeps the thread, so a follow-up question does not start from nothing.
What helps when a recipe goes wrong
Say which step it went wrong at, and what you were cooking with. Ovens run hot or cold by as much as 25 °F, pans differ more than recipes admit, and an air fryer that holds four chicken thighs behaves nothing like one that holds eight. Those three details are usually enough to find the problem.
If you swapped an ingredient, mention that too. Most swaps are fine; a few — brown sugar for white in a cookie, buttermilk for milk in a batter — change the chemistry rather than the flavor.
Corrections
If a quantity, temperature or time here is wrong, it gets fixed and the recipe says what changed. A recipe site is only worth reading if it is willing to be corrected.
