Instructions

- Smash the Dumplings: Gently smash each crispy dumpling using a spatula to flatten slightly without breaking them apart completely.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place 2 smashed dumplings into each soft taco shell or flour tortilla.
- Add Fresh Toppings: Top the dumplings evenly with shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
