Description

A delightful no-bake strawberry cheesecake lasagna that layers graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, instant cheesecake pudding, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping for a refreshing and easy-to-make dessert perfect for summer or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed

Pudding Layer

  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Toppings

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or glaze

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust layer. Place the crust in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes to set and harden.
  2. Make the cheesecake layer: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully combined. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until incorporated. Spread this cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust layer.
  3. Prepare the pudding layer: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Spread the thickened pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add the strawberry layer: Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries evenly over the pudding layer. Warm the strawberry jam slightly to loosen it, then gently brush or drizzle it over the strawberries to add shine and enhance flavor.
  5. Top with whipped topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the strawberries and jam layer to finish the lasagna.
  6. Chill and serve: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. For cleaner slices, refrigerate overnight. Slice into portions and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For cleaner slices, chill the dessert overnight before cutting.
  • If fresh strawberries are unavailable, substitute with thawed and drained frozen strawberries.
  • Optional: add white chocolate shavings on top for extra flavor and decoration.
