Additional
- Kimchi (optional, for serving)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or sesame oil (for stir-frying vegetables and cooking steak)

Instructions
- Cook the Jasmine Rice: Prepare jasmine rice according to package instructions until fluffy. This will serve as the base for the bowls.
- Prepare the Steak: Season the flank or sirloin steak with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of oil. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same or a separate skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 4-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked jasmine rice evenly among four serving bowls. Top each with a portion of stir-fried vegetables and sliced steak.
- Garnish: Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the bowls for added flavor and texture.
- Optional Additions: Serve with kimchi on the side and offer red pepper flakes or sriracha for those who want extra spiciness.
