Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil using a kettle or stovetop saucepan.
- Brew Tea: Place the black tea bag or loose-leaf tea in the hot water and steep for about 3-5 minutes depending on desired strength.
- Heat Milk and Flavor: In a separate small pan, warm 1/2 cup of milk gently on low heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon until evenly combined and fragrant.
- Combine Tea and Milk: Remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaves from the brewed tea. Pour the hot tea into a cup and add the warm vanilla cinnamon milk mixture.
- Sweeten: Stir in 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice, adjusting according to your taste preference.
- Serve: For a hot drink, enjoy immediately. For iced milk tea, pour the mixture over a glass filled with ice cubes and stir well before serving.
