Ingredients

Scale

Dip Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • â…“ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. Combine Cream Cheese and Sour Cream: In a medium-sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Using a hand mixer, blend them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Cheese and Seasonings: To the cream cheese mixture, add the minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.
  4. Fold in Tomatoes and Spinach: Gently fold in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and thawed, drained spinach until they are fully combined with the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake: Spread the prepared dip mixture evenly into the sprayed baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly on top.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve the dip warm. Enjoy it with sliced bread, a baguette, or your choice of crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure to thoroughly drain the spinach to avoid excess moisture in the dip.
  • For extra flavor, use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and drain well before chopping.
  • This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated; bake just before serving.
  • Leftovers can be warmed gently in the oven or microwave.
  • Serve with an assortment of dippers like toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or vegetable sticks for variety.
