Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the casserole.
- Combine Corns: In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 cans of creamed corn with the drained can of whole kernel corn, stirring gently to blend.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cornbread mix, melted butter, and beaten eggs to the bowl containing the corn mixture.
- Mix Well: Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and uniform in texture.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking, then pour the corn mixture evenly into the dish.
